yes credit cards are OPEN ACCOUNTS so IF your 100 % positive your past the SOL for your state its really simple than , send those CROOKS a certified letter return reciept requested ( costs like 5 bucks at the post office ) sending a cease & desist in being just to the point in my opinion stating no more than this STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT - DO NOT SELL GIVE OR TRADE TO OTHERS .... really thats all ya need to do cause its ilegal for them to collect on out of statue debts under both state AND federal laws , once they get that it's over & they'll leave you alone .. sure than can STILL sue ya becouse simply put ANYONE CAN SUE ANYONE but once in court if their stupid enough even to bring you there just show the judge your proof of your dates in being past SOL & YOU WIN .... good luck , kel ...
