well pull all 3 credit bureau reports they'll show "date of last activity" , meaning when you paid last BUT "best" proof is like having some old statements around like from 5 - 6 yrs ago showing accounts late or past do thats SOLID proof in your favor .. far as mentioning SOL in your letter , well some people like to state accounts past SOL in their letters & guess really theres nothing wrong with saying that but i mean me personally , i just say what needs to be said , trust me they knows its past SOL if it is but like i say just my opinion , bye , kelly ........
