My father had a stroke about 6 months ago. He is 69 and only recieves social security. My mother is 66 and has to stay with him all day to take care of him. She also only receives social security. Aspire Visa keeps calling and infact the called 2 times within 15 minutes this morning. My parents live with me due to the fact that they have no money and are unable to live by themselves. How do I stop the phone calls? I asked them to accept $10 a month and stop the interest, but they would not accept that. Should we be sending it anyway?
