well honestly im not sure what they can or cant do you need someone like Whychat or Observer for that but what id do UNTIL you get this handled is to close the account & ONLY pay your bills by using money orders i mean heck at least this way YOU have control of your money as to who gets what & when .. i BELIEVE if a creditor WINS a judgement against someone your bank has NO obligation in telling you but honestly thats only my guess & like i say others will help you out in that area better than myself .. to answer your further questions really you'll need to provide more info , i mean NOTHING personal but info like what state are you living in now whos the judgement from & for how much & IF its on from a credit card co. when did you 1st stop making last payments to them , like month & of what year .. really you need to provide some basic info becouse EVERY state has different laws .. bye , kelly ....
