Thanks WhyChat for your help with Capital One. I answered writ by letting them know that the Writ they served me had the wrong name, wrong sex name and wrong address. I sent them a picture of my driver's license and SS card to prove that I wasn't that person nor was I a male. Small Claims sent me a letter saying to appear in January. Today I got a copy of Court Withdrawal from Capital One Attorney withdrawing complaint. My question is what do you think that Capital One will do next.
