My son has moved to Mexico to get out of debt. He moved there 6 months ago. He just cant pay his bills anymore and we cant help him to do it. What can happen to him and can he be brought back from there to pay them. He says if he stays there for 7 years he can coe back and start all over. s this correct.Thank you for any help you can give us. We are very worried.
