If this is your debt and you are within the SOL, you are probably going to have to pay. If you can't pay and can't afford a lawyer, then you should get your money out of the bank and stop any direct deposits.

Do you own any property? Are you working? Do you have any income?

If you give more details, you might get better suggestions.
