Credit Report states account was opened in Feb. '97, last activity is May '97. There is nothing else on report that indicates when last payment was made. Therefroe, I do not know which date can be use for SOL if it goes past the time they refile. As of this date First Resolution Investment has yet to validate account info. Sent Estoppel letter and still haven't gotten any validation info. Didn't give them a date in Estoppel letter. Pleas let me know what date SOL can be used.
