Are all you disputes verbal? Did you EVER send a WRITTEN dispute?

If not, you are in deep doodoo.

However, you can try disputing this IN WRITING CRRR with "Emerge" and copies to your State Attorney General's office and the FTC.

I would STRONGLY urge you to pay what they are asking and hope that your dispute will eventually get you a refund. The law says, and your cc agreement has it printed on the bill, all disputes must be within 60 days and in writing. This is especially important when you are dealing with an overseas charge,as they (overseas vendors) are infamous for this type of duplicate billing. The exchange rate would have no bearing, as all the vendors do is submit the same bill for the same date several times.
