Ok guys...keep your fingers crossed! I mailed out the validation letter (Certified return receipt) on 11-8-02. Now we play the waiting game. Let me make sure I got this correctly. I now give them 30 days from today (or is the day they sign for it) to respond? Then what?? If they can't validate, then I can request that they cease and desist and also remove from credit report, correct? Also, if they try to go ahead with the wage garnishment proceedings, what can we do? Thanks again guys for ALL the Info!! You guys are GREAT
