You need to obtain from the court copies of the complaint, proof of service and the name of the law firm that filed.

Then you need to take it all into a lawyer,or legal aid to get it vacated, (removed)

If it was filed against your name in error, it is a fairly simple procedure, if there was no proper servce and the account WAS yours, it is a lttle more complicated, but still possible, if it was your account, and the service was legal then you will have to see who the BK trustee is and pay them, or pay the court.

OR, depending on your State, (which you did not mention)
you may have only a short time before the judgment lapses.
