I too had my ID stolen and numerous accounts opened in my name. The only way I got them to come off my CR was to address letters to the CRAs and to each and everyone one of the creditors that had opened up fraudulent accounts. Each one got my police report as well. I was just on the phone with one of the CRAs and they told me that their responsibility is to only report what the creditors give them. If the creditos verify then it stays on. I tried just disputing with the CRAs and all the fruadulent accounts came back as verified by the creditors. Also if they have your police report on file they have to let everyone know who requests to check your credit that you have a police report regarding fraud filed with them. This was all about 6 years ago so the rules may have changed since then. Don't know if that helps but I definiley know what you're going through.
