Once again today (second time) I received a call on my voice mail, saying, "Mr. X, this is investigator Coleman, you need to call me back immediately in regards to paperwork that is about to be filed against you, with case number" For the second time, he didn't mention if it were a law office, collection office, etc.... no company name nor any reference except only to say "papers" will be filed against me. So, I'm thinking it's an outstanding debt to a credit card, whis is not out of SOL, and they are tring to collect, but have no idea for they won't tell me who they are when they leave a message. Should I just wait and see what the "papers" are when i get them in the mail, or call them and open the floodgates and let them start harrassing me at work? I can't even write these people a letter asking them to show me the contract (i agrred on phone 1 1/2 years ago). So, i'm stuck and nervous. Thank you very much for any help. Rick
