Call your State's Attorney General's Office, file a complaint.
Send the collection agency a cease and desist letter CRRR.
Send the Lease company a letter CRRR instructing them that you are filing a complaint against the CA, THEIR AGENT for violation of the FDCPA and your State's fraudulent extortion and harrassment laws and that you are naming THEM as a party to the action as they can and will be held liable for their agent's actions. If you tell me the State, I will give you additional sources to help you.
