You do not say what State you are in, you do not say if this MIGHT be a credit card account, you do not say if this is a regular business loan or an ex brother in law you agreed to borrow some money from. You do not say if you ever made any payments on this "whatever" and if so, when the last pament was. We try to help people here, but we are not magicians, give us some facts.
