Capital One charged off my account over two years ago
now they have a third-party collection agency trying to collect. He gave me three different options of repaying,But I have had no contact with Cap One in two years no letters and no phone calls.They continued
to add late fees and interest.Should I just tell them tough luck I'm not paying or what? thanks all
