Trouble is about that, it's not HIS website and he can't dictate how a page requests information.
He can only post an occasional request for people to provide the information he needs.
He donates his time and energy to help as many people as he can and posting the correct information the first time save a LOT of time for him.
If you visit HIS website, you can get a lot of information before you even ask a single question here.
