I reread your posts, don't know why you think N.C. has a 6 year SOL- it is 3 years for BOTH open and written contracts.

Send whatever collection agency is dunning you the SOL letter from my website, the N.C. statutes are linked - just eliminate all reference to open account and substitute contracts.

You SHOULD include the part about false threatening of legal action and reporting to the bar association.
