i totally agree with Whychat , pull all 3 reports transunion , experian & equifax to see dates of last activity & most importantly they'll show your public records IF ANY stating if you have any leins or judgements via default or other wise that you may not know about .. im almost positive pennsy's law has a 6 yr SOL on credit card debt & YES after 7 years from last date of last activity they will drop off of your credit reports & forever be gone but as Whychat says DO NOT APPLY FOR ANY CREDIT PERIOD until only get all 3 reports ........ goodluck , kelly .......
