Vacating judgement ?'s - Help Why Chat!

How do I go about vacating a judgement. Not sure it was even served to me since the first time it was filed was in a different county than mine. The 2nd, which is legitimate was filed 6 months later in the actual county I live in. I hired an attorney for help, but he hasn't done anything. Now I need to do this to help, this is what is hurting me the most. One judgement looks like two when you pull a report. How do I start this, what do I do? Any help is very much appreciated! Thanks
