They will stop calling you since you stated in the letter to cease and desist. But as far as your son being responsible the is incorrect. You stated in your own words you were knowledgible of your son opening the account in your name so you are still the primary card holder and the only responsible as far as the creditor and agency is concerned. All actions taken if any will be against you and not your son.
