court judgment

I unfortunately succumbed to the sales pressure for a time share this summer and am now finding I can't make the payments. I looked into getting a bank loan to get the payments lower but that isn't an option. If I go past 90 days delinquent and they turn it over to a third party collection agent and I still can't pay, what is likely to happen? What does a judgement against me mean?
