I have a charge-off with Cap1 and I recently received an offer to accept a new card and have my chargeoff balance transfer to this new card. No late fees no interest will be charge. I will be eligible for increases up to $50 for every 100 that I pay on this 979 balance. Have anyone receive any offer like this from Cap1. Will they report that this account is a chargeoff paid?
