Yikes! Required credit counciling?! But of course, they're not going to do anything about the way these credit counciling places operate....

Too bad they don't fix the banks...that's what needs to be fixed...predatory lenders, interest rate hikes for no good reason, unwillingness to work with consumers, etc.....

We will definitely be getting our finances under control and keeping them there. Don't ever want to have to do BK, let alone do it with these new laws! So much for Bush being for families and wanting to help those families that need it.
