Signatures

I work at a hotel. We are thinking about adopting a paperless check-in system. This means that when the guest checks-in they give the desk agent a credit card, the agent swipes it and that is it. The swipe is proof enough for the credit card companies that the person was there, no signature.

I would like to get documentation on this. Does anyone know where I could get something like this?
