Applying for a job at a bank-$75,000+

I have a couple questions, if anyone could help I would appreciate it. With the help of this site and others I have removed 5 negative entries from my credit reports and have 2 paid collection left. My credit scores range between 660-700. I am applying for a job at one of the top banks in the country and was wondering since the total compensation on the job is over $75,000, can the bank access all my deleted accounts that have been disputed from my past. Obviously, this would effect my job-search. Please let me know. Do we know what credit scores employers look for?
