I stumbled onto this site after doing a google search for CAMCO..... and I am flabberghasted by the amount of information here... I Live in Texas, and like so many others, I was recently contacted by CAMCO "Capital Asset Management Corp." , I have not spoken to these people. This has got to be related to some old college debt from about 12 years ago... I spent years getting my credit back in order, and these guys just appeared out of no where. They initially contacted my Grandmother, who didn't give out my phone number, and stated that I asked them to call me. They then proceeded to read off my phone number to her. I got my first calls from them this past Monday 11-13-2002. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. I've read several posts related to these dirtbags.... Thanks in advance!
