If you stopped paying on this card WAAAY back in 1990, you are definitely out of SOL on this debt. It should also have been purged from your CRA reports (Check them just to be sure). Send SCAMCO (my term of "endearment" - LOL for these bums) the SOL letter from Why Chat's website and tell them essentially to "cram it". You dont want to do ANYTHING other than the letter; don't talk to them - they'll say ANYTHING to get to to send them something - and that's the last thing you want to do.
