If they sue you in Mn they must file service against you in N.C. and you can request a change of venue to N.C.

If they sue you in N.C. they must aide by N.C. SOL.

Have you actually called that tel.#?. How do they answer? Do they give you an address in their letter?Some ca's are using fake id's (with the name of the OC).One poster, some months ago was convinced it was her original bank creditor, it wound up being NCO.

Somethng is screwy here, if you would do this, look up the bank by name on google.com, see if the information checks out.

Did the letter from them have a "mini-miranda" ?
