After BK, CA still on report

My BK included a phone company that apparently sold the debt to a CA. My problem is that the debt is still "open" on my credit report. I filed for BK in Jan. of 2001, and I had no knowledge of this CA, so they weren't specifically included in the BK. They showed up on my credit report later (Trans Union). I've tried twice to get TU to get rid of them, but they still appear on my "updated" report.

The original company is in the BK, but not the CA that now has the debt. How do I fix this?
