And I never said you were in the wrong. I said people only bellow when they know that they are in the wrong - meaning, if you stop bellowing and start telling me WHY the BK bill is so bad, then maybe I'll agree with you - but if you bellow, what else can I think but that you are in the wrong? People bellow when they can't think of a counter-argument, you see.

Your second post is a lot better. :) But I still don't understand why it hurts the average Joe? The average Joe will still be able to declare BK when they lose their job through Enron closing down... but the directors of Enron WON'T be able to declare BK and keep hold of all their millions while discharging all their court judgements... so, what IS the problem?
