Guess what? Corporations are subject to different BK rules. In fact, it is easier for them to restablish credit than it is for Mr. Joe Blow consumer. That's because the laws in this country were established to protect business and banking. Consumers have been stigmatized as being less than moral for declaring BK, same stigmatization does not hold to Corps. Before you spout off next time, go to school and learn something. I'm an ex-attorney who gave up the business because I was sick and tired of watching corporations legally steal.
