as discussed before i am going to appear in civil court on 11-19----the collection agency is sueing me --never heard from the attorney or received proof of debt---received your last response very helpful--question: if it is my debt and the attorney does not have proof at the trial what do i do next--if he does can i set up a payment plan versus any garnishing of wages --how long in ny do they take to set up a judgement---do i have to tell them my employer let me know --your help is great thanks
