things financially have gotten bad here--fell behind in payments--now getting calls from discover attorney office--nasty--received a letter from office dated 11-8 but postmarked 11-11--the representative is kinda pissed that i have not returned her call--i want to put everything in writing dont trust these people--what should i state in my letter--they want to make a settlement but i dont have that sum of money please help thanks
