Well the debt is 2 years and some months old approximately can't remember exactly but definately not more than 3 years old. I have no idea what my state's SOL is. If it hasn't been 7 years yet to my understanding it is still my responsibility to pay it. I'm trying to be responsible in my life and have had a complete turnaround in my life in september. I am now much more confident and a really different positive person I was for so many years. In keeping my lease on life I jumped on this chance to finally pay down my debt which is under 1,200.
