OSI--Original creditor???????????

being sued by OSI--was sent a letter from them last year--they stated that GULF STATE was the original creditor--sent letter to OSI telling that wanted proof of validation--year plus later still no word--going to civil court soon---i think this debt is related to an ASPIRE VISA account i had--ASpire bought my BRAVO account many many years ago--QUESTION: in order for their attorneys to show proof of this debt, do they have to show me my signature on the stated account or just proof of credit transactions? if they can not show proof of my signature is the case dismissed? Do they have to show me the Bravo account signature--I know i did not sign anything for ASPIRE VISA!
