What does your CR say is the Date of Last activity ? At least one of them (Experian, I think) will show a DOLA and a 'come off' date. If the DOLA truly was 1994, then the entry should have dropped off your CR in 2001 ! You need to check on these dates on your CR. If they haven't been re-aged, then you can dispute with the CRA's per the FCRA SOL for reporting period.
