had arrangements with nys for payment of past due amount--defaulted when hubby lost job--they sent a certified receipt notice stating we had 60 days to make payment in full--no problem HOWEVER received by regular mail a warrant and judgement against us and docket# in nassau county civil courts Spoke with NYS representative-advised of story-told her that I will be sending overnite mail total amount using a bank check--she told me that they will fax or send me a satifaction of judgemnt How do i have this taken off my CR thanks --this site is great
