I live in Oklahoma and the CA is in Ohio. Plus there was no written agreement signed. I will write to the CRA and CA demand that the payments she paid reflect on the report.
Furthermore, the origional debt was only $300.00 and the CA claims that the debt went to over $1200.00 becauce of interest.
She has paid $600.00 and she got a call from the CA stating the all could be settled with a final payment of $300.00. That alone tells me that this is some sort of SCAM.

Can they charge interest and add it to the debt? I'm not sending anymore payments.
