They (SCAMCO) are very willing to "work" with you but if you have read the bazillion posts concerning "SCAMCO" you'll know better than to even talk to them on the phone. What is this "judgment" that they are talking about? Do they mention court name, filing date, judge's name, etc.? That's what I thought, of course not! SCAMCO is the granddaddy of all scumsucking CAs and they will say anything, do anything, and fabricate anything to get you to feed their trough. If you are SURE that the debt, er, "judgment" as they call it, is definitely out of SOL, send the creeps the SOL letter from Why Chat's website, CRRR, and get those losers out of your life. Notice how they all of a sudden came out of the woodwork right after you bought your house? The bastards are watching your credit reports for signs of activity. That's how predatory CAs operate! Just like sharks!
