I need some advice here, because I am so pissed off right now. How long does the law allow for a CA to issue a release of abstract of judgement when an account is paid? I setlled an account with the original creditor more than 7 years ago and the CA is not happy about it. They are refusing to issue me a judgement release because I did not settle with them. What is my recourse here??
