you know those guys are scum, they didnt even send anything or call us, for the longest time,and they were mounting up that interest, and waiting to pounce, and then i guess they figured to sue for damages,etc. avoiding the sol laws, or does it??
the whole thing is terrible, and we just didnt know anything about our rights.
i will look for an attorney who might be willing to help us with this. i hope i can find one, and a good one. thanks also for confirming what we have felt since those papers came. i wish i would of found an atty. before, but thanks for letting me know its not too late.
Is there a time limit on filing an appeal for the settlement? it all scares me, but i hate to be taken advantage of by ruthless people!!me and many others, right! thanks again, for your help with this, and with my new questions. i ramble on too much, sorry.
