SOL letter follow up

The new CA to whom I owe an SOL letter has several high profile cases in which they were found to be in violation of the FDCPA, one with the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. The court documents refer to them as habitual violators of the FDCPA. I'm wonerdering if I should note that I am aware of their record at the bottom of my letter along with the C&D.
