I have printed out a letter requesting contact only by mail, and a debt validation letter. We will send them certified with a return receipt tomorrow morning. I will also go print out the FDCPA and then file a complaint with the FTC. Should I wait until we file the complaint to mail these, or send that afterwards? My husband wants me to file a complaint with the Attorney General too. Is that helpful?
