Observer , yeah guess ya could say shocked is the word that could fit the situation im feeling here lol .. i personally have a fico score of 715 last checked like 2 weeks ago & my only 1 blemished mark EVER in my whole entire life is 1 chargeoff'ed credit card from summer 1998 & from reading tila & different credit bureaus info they flatout state 7 years legally reporting time & thats it period forever but like i say i respect both you & your posts very much its just i dont see HOW ANY company can LEGALLY skate around federal law , thats the part i dont quite still understand ........ thanx , kelly ......
