Providian kept increasing my credit limit @ 19.9%, I had Never been late ever, then in March 2002 they pulled this 29.9% deal on me so I had to opt out and close my acct to keep 19.9%. Now as of Nov. 2002 they sold my acct to some other Co. that has now raised me to 29.9% again for absolutly NO reason. Any advice would be appreciated.
