I posted Chapter 13 bankrupcy in April 1998 received discharge April 2001 how with all creditors paid no late payment occured. How long will this appear on my credit rating...I'v heard 7 years for ch.13 and as long as 10 years for ch.7 is this true can my credit clear after 7 years after bankruptcy.
