I applied for a credit card with Lord & Taylor, was turned down due to the fact that they are "Unable to verify address/telephone" I am working on a letter to Trans-union and also Lord & Taylor. What bothers me is I had some horrible dealings with SCAMCO earlier this year. I am confused as to how they could be unable to verify telephone or address since they sent me the denial letter to my home. Any thoughts? Also, anyone out there havea fax number for Trans-Union? I am so thankful for this website it has helped me understand the crazy world of credit. Keep up the good work:)
