I don't understand your question.
WHOM are you sending this to, for what purpose?

If the judgment is no longer in force because the SOL has passed, and it was not renewed, then there is no collection activity possible.

If you are saying that someone is trying to enforce ,or collect on an expired judgment, then yes, the SOL letter could be adapted for that purpose,however you would need to find the appropriate State statute for the SOL for judgments.
