Thanks for everyones input with some of my recent "issues"... Creditnet is also cool...but damn they really get bogged down in the evening. Here are some strange disputable things that are showing up on my Experian report. I also mention a COLLECTION account for $75 bucks to a hospital that I went ahead and paid off today. All this is in an effort to secure a mortgage. My current FICO with Equifax is 693... I'm just trying to straighten out some old stuff.

It turns out that the first account belongs to my wife. She is listed as current and I was an authorized user. I don't recall signing anything on this. She is now listed as current on her CR's...

Any advice on how to proceed with this would be greatly appreciated!

You guys are awesome!

Ok....

Here are the details for the two CC accounts. These are only listed with CRA Experian.

Here's the weird part ... I did have a Lerner account several years ago 1989....heres how it looks....

All the information including the account number is the same except for the following items

Date open 8/1989
Balance Date 5/96
Balance Amount 0
Mon. Payment 0
High Limit 400
Acc. Status CURR ACT
Account closed at consumers request...

So... What do you guys make of this??? Any suggestions on how to proceed???

I also payed of the $75 dollar collection today, and had a receipt faxed to me. I will also be receiving payment verification in the mail. Any ideas on how to proceed on getting the Collection account removed from the CRA's??

Thanks again!
